Rental bookings are accepted for minimum of 1 week stay (7 consecutive Nights) and in similar weekly blocks thereafter. Stays for less than 7 nights are charged the full weekly rate.

Check in time for all properties is 4.00PM and check-out time is 11.00AM. Late check-out will be charged at Rs, 1,500 per hour.

Booking Advance
All properties require an Advance Booking Amount to be paid in order to receive a Confirmation of Rental for the booking period desired. The Advance payable for most properties is around 10%, a few owners however require 100% advance payment to be made at the time of booking itself. (Cases where 100% advance payment is required is usually mentioned under "Remarks" for the property. Payment details specific to each property will be emailed to you on receipt of your enquiry).

In all cases, where the booking is made 45 days or less, prior to the date of rental, the entire 100% of the rental amount is payable in advance.

All Booking Advances are non-refundable.

Balance Payment
Entire balance Rental amount must be paid to the property owner a minimum of 45 days prior to the date of commencement of the rental. If balance payment is not paid within this stipulated time the reservation shall be cancelled and the Booking Advance amount paid shall stand forfeited.

A refundable cash security deposit of Rs.10,000 is payable upon check-in. An inventory inspection will be carried out at time of check-out and costs of breakages, missing items, telephone calls etc, if any, will be deducted from the security deposit and the balance amount refunded to you. If such costs are in excess of the security deposit amount, you agree to make payment of the difference at time of check-out.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing from the person who made the booking. Verbal or telephone cancellations are not accepted. The date of cancellation request is taken as the date the written confirmation is received by us.

The Cancellation Policy is as under;

1. Cancellations can be made after receiving Confirmation of Rental and up to 45 days prior to the start date of Rental, with forfeiture of the entire Advance Booking Amount paid.
2. Cancellations made 45 days or less, prior to the start date of Rental are not entertained and the entire Rental Amount including Advance Booking Amount is forfeited and non-refundable.

A Rental Agreement is to be signed between you and the property Owner at the time of booking and you agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions outlined in the said Rental Agreement.
