Realty Goa and "Art Space" are two completely independent entities. Realty Goa has no interest or ownership in Art Space, nor does it have any control whatsoever over the management of Art Space.

All customers must deal directly with Art Space to avail the services offered by them. Payments for services too, are to be made directly to Art Space.

Realty Goa will not be responsible in any way for any shortfall, deficiency or discrepancy in any of the services provided by Art Space

All customers utilizing Art Space services agree to keep Realty Goa indemnified and not involve Realty Goa in any disputes or claims of any sort, legal or otherwise, arising out of any dealings they may have with Art Space.
