Realty Goa and "Ace Home Assistance" are two completely independent entities. Realty Goa has no interest or ownership in Ace Home Assistance, nor does it have any sort of control whatsoever over the management of Ace Home Assistance.

All customers must deal directly with Ace Home Assistance to avail the services offered by them. Payments for services too, are to be made directly to Ace Home Assistance.

Realty Goa will not be responsible in any way for any shortfall, deficiency or discrepancy in any of the services provided by Ace Home Assistance

All customers utilizing Ace Home Assistance's services agree to keep Realty Goa indemnified and not involve Realty Goa in any disputes or claims of any sort, legal or otherwise, arising out of any dealings they may have with Ace Home Assistance
